Why Code With Us is better than the Coder School

I was very excited to send my child to the App Startup camp at the Coder School. I was incredibly disappointed to learn that this meant the kids looked up an assignment online and had to complete it. Why would I send a kid to a camp that did not teach kids about coding or brainstorming ideas for an app? Khan academy would have been better. When I asked about this to the "teacher", he was dismissive and smug. I would never send my kid to the Coder School again.
